2-6 clients being led through a class by the instructor. All do the same exercises at the same time with generally the same equipment set up.
Group classes are for those who have a pretty good understanding of form and placement and the basic principles of Pilates. The “Get Rooted” Series or a Level 1 Group Class is a good place for true beginners who are interested in joining Group Classes. Group classes are best for those who do not have major injuries or limitations.
Group Classes will be listed as Level I for Beginning paced classes, Level I/II for Beginning /Intermediate paced classes and Level II for Intermediate/Advanced paced classes. Contact the office for guidance.
