Three or Four people with one instructor, ideally at the same fitness level, to be able to do the same or similar exercises at the same time. Some individual variations can be made as needed. Trios and Quartets are scheduled through the office and are dependent on the studio and instructor’s availability.
Trios and Quartets are great for a group who would like to be trained together with focused attention and guidance to meet specific goals and to have fun together or for an event:
Family (children must be 12-13 years old), Siblings, Friends, Teammates, Coworkers for a team bonding event Bridal parties, birthdays, special events
