Angel has recently relocated to Santa Barbara  from  LA, and will be teaching a few evening and weekend classes at Grass Roots Pilates. Angel currently works for Pilates Anytime, and has spent the past 15+ years teaching Pilates and Yoga after receiving numerous certifications and attending a variety of teacher trainings.
