Sophia was born and raised in Santa Barbara. She grew up with a passion for dancing and performing. Nicole was one of her instructors as a young dancer. In 2022, Sophia began taking pilates classes and has been practicing regularly ever since.

While working with the GRP administration team, she plans to receive her pilates certification. She recently received a Health Coaching certification from IIN. Sophia is also a preschool teacher at Bright Start Child Development Center, and along with pilates, she enjoys hiking and surfing! She is very excited to be part of the GRP community and looks forward to making new friends!
